The Store Management Internship is an 8‑week paid program that provides exposure to all aspects of leading a Macy’s store, including customer service, merchandising, business analysis, visual presentation, operations, colleague development, human resources, and asset protection. Interns will collaborate with store leaders, shadow managers, analyze business trends, and complete a project to propose growth ideas, with the potential to transition into a Store Management Executive Development Program after graduation.
