The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) role is a development-focused position designed to prepare candidates for a CVS Store Manager position through a 16-week collaborative training program. Participants engage in virtual and hands-on learning experiences supported by district leaders, HR partners, and store manager coaches to build leadership skills.
