The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) role is a development-focused position designed to prepare individuals for a CVS Store Manager position through a 16-week collaborative training program. Participants engage in virtual and hands-on learning experiences supported by a dedicated team of leaders to enhance their career as a future store leader. The role involves actively engaging in key learning experiences, supporting the store as a management team member, and assisting colleagues in helping people on their path to better health.
