• Plan and direct day-to-day store operations to improve customer service and drive sales.
• Coach, develop, and manage staff to maintain high levels of service and quality.
• Deliver operating budgets and manage expense control to meet profitability expectations.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through replenishment, organization, and shrink control.
• Perform timely recordkeeping associated with payroll, performance reviews, and hiring.
