Store Manager

The Store Manager oversees all aspects of store operations, driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring profitability while delivering outstanding customer service. This role leads and develops a team of sales associates and managers, handles recruiting, training, scheduling, and security, and collaborates closely with the District Sales Manager and Store Support Center to meet company goals.
