Store Manager

The Store Manager will lead the strategic and day‑to‑day operations of an Australian Red Cross community‑focused retail store, driving sales performance and enhancing the customer experience. Reporting to the Area Manager, the role involves analysing sales trends, shaping local business strategies, and championing Red Cross values through exceptional service and community engagement. The manager will also build, coach, and inspire a diverse team of staff and volunteers, ensuring operational excellence across merchandising, donation flow, compliance, and workforce development.
