Care Synergy
The Store Manager will lead the overall operation of the newly created Pathways Rediscovered Thrift Store, overseeing daily retail activities, staff and volunteer management, merchandising, donor relations, and financial performance. This full‑time role ensures the store generates revenue to support hospice services while providing a welcoming, community‑focused shopping and donation experience.
Care Synergy is a network of mission-driven, values-based ,not-for-profit, post-acute, healthcare organizations who take care of very ill individuals by keeping them at home and out of the hospital, maximizing their comfort and quality of life.
