Store Manager

The Store Manager plans, directs, and controls the overall operation of the store, supervising all employees to manage production, inventory, merchandising, and profitability. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, overseeing hiring and disciplinary actions, and maximizing sales through effective support of sales plans. The manager also handles product ordering, financial reporting, and the development and enforcement of company policies.
