The Store Manager serves as a leader within the LensCrafters organization, delivering key performance indicators by integrating the Brand Story and ensuring flawless execution of the customer experience. This role involves providing training and coaching to the team, analyzing reporting to improve store KPIs, and partnering with the Doctor of Optometry to elevate the customer and patient experience. The position requires managing operational, inventory, and visual tasks to guidelines while maintaining a safe and engaging working environment.
