Store Manager

The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, ensuring smooth processes, excellent customer service, and the achievement of sales targets, budgets, P&L, and KPIs. This role involves leading, motivating, and developing the store team through coaching, training, and mentoring, while managing recruitment, onboarding, and staff scheduling. The position is responsible for developing strategies to attract new customers, increase store traffic, drive sales, and improve profitability. Additionally, the Store Manager ensures attractive in-store product displays, coordinates promotional activities, and delivers an exceptional shopping experience.
