Store Manager

This role provides oversight, guidance, and support to team members while driving results through the proper handling and processing of donations to meet production and sales goals. The position involves managing retail activities, including scheduling and opening/closing procedures, and supporting the organization's mission through the employment and training of people with different abilities. The Store Manager also supports recruitment by interviewing and selecting candidates aligned with the organization's mission and values.
