Store Manager

The Store Manager leads the retail and builder single-family home division for flooring and construction interior finishes, reporting directly to the company's President. This role focuses on empowering staff, maintaining a pristine showroom, and overseeing all store operations including the warehouse and facilities. The position ensures exemplary customer service, manages sales and training, and enforces safety policies while working a standard Monday to Friday schedule with occasional weekend or evening coverage.
