Store Office Support

The Store Office Support Coordinator maintains the coordinated flow of all repair jobs coming into and out of the store, taking in repairs from customers and determining which repairs are completed in-store or forwarded to vendors. The role involves managing repair flow and communication, providing status updates to customers and staff, and handling invoice reconciliation and reporting. This position also includes customer service, inventory management, and general administrative duties to support store operations.
