Store Parts Professional

NAPA has an opening for an experienced Parts Professional to provide prompt and courteous service to customers in the store, over the telephone, and in the dealer's shop. The role involves looking up parts applications in catalogs or systems, processing orders with accuracy, and advising customers on technical questions. Additionally, the position requires exhibiting thorough knowledge of products, performance standards, warranties, and sales programs while serving as a resource for other staff. One of the key requirements is being ASE Parts Specialist certified.
