Store Supervisor

The North Face is seeking an entry-level Store Supervisor to act as the vital link between management and sales associates in their flagship Aberdeen location. This permanent, full-time role involves driving service and sales while coaching staff to deliver high-quality customer experiences and maintaining store standards. The successful candidate will work closely with the Store and Assistant Store Manager to ensure operational policies are respected and KPIs are achieved.
