Store Systems Support Technician I

The Store Systems Support Technician I provides technical and procedural support for store systems across the organization, troubleshooting and resolving basic to intermediate hardware, software, and network issues. This role partners cross-functionally with internal departments and external vendors to resolve issues impacting store operations and ensure system functionality. The position also involves supporting testing and validation of system updates and documenting issues and resolutions for continuous improvement.
