Stowage Team Lead

Teledyne Brown Engineering is seeking a Stowage Team Lead to join the management team in Huntsville, AL, combining technical oversight of POI Stowage operations with direct personnel and operational management. This role involves managing a team of 10–15 certified flight controllers supporting International Space Station payload operations at the Payload Operations Integration Center. The successful candidate will serve as the primary focal point for cross-team stowage coordination, drive process innovation, and ensure high-quality deliverable execution while supporting team health and professional development.
