About this role
The STR Operations Development Program (SoDP) at Shell Trading & Supply is a two-year traineeship based in the Netherlands designed to develop future commercial operators within trading operations. Participants rotate through roles across trading operations, shipping and logistics, gaining exposure to global trading activities and Shell’s downstream supply chain. The program prepares trainees to become operational contacts for ports, traders, customs and internal stakeholders and to progress into commercial operator roles after completion.
