Strata Administration Assistant

This role involves supporting a Strata Manager with a portfolio of buildings, handling ad-hoc administration duties, and managing repairs and maintenance. The position requires liaising with stakeholders such as Body Corporates and tradespeople, as well as managing risk and insurance tasks.
