Strategic Account Manager

The Strategic Account Manager leads the client experience and service delivery between Transportation Insight and assigned clients, acting as the internal voice of the customer to ensure business needs are met and drive client retention. This role involves managing the client's P&L, identifying upsell and supply chain optimization opportunities, and serving as a subject matter expert on service offerings. The position requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
