Strategic Account Manager

This role is responsible for providing strategic account management and sales leadership for a portfolio of strategic client group accounts. The position involves developing and executing account strategies, managing day-to-day activities, and driving billing activities to maintain revenue and ensure customer retention. The incumbent will mentor junior account managers and actively leverage the Net Promoter Score system to maintain high customer satisfaction.
