The Strategic Energy Management (SEM) Coach partners with commercial, industrial, and institutional clients to identify, evaluate, and implement energy efficiency initiatives. The role supports clients through group workshops and one-on-one coaching to embed continuous improvement practices and improve facility energy performance. The coach promotes engaging, results-driven learning experiences and applies change management and Lean/Six Sigma approaches to drive sustained energy savings.
