Strategic Finance Associate

The Strategic Finance Associate will be a core member of Lab37's finance team, supporting financial planning and analysis, unit economics, investment cases, and strategic business reviews. This role involves translating operational and technical decisions into clear financial implications to help leadership allocate capital, manage costs, and scale the business responsibly. The position offers broad exposure to a fast-growing robotics business, requiring collaboration with leaders across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Commercial functions.
