Strategic Finance Lead

The Strategic Finance Lead at Solace is responsible for developing and executing finance and strategy initiatives to drive positive outcomes across departments in a rapidly growing healthcare advocacy marketplace. This role involves ownership of financial modeling, annual planning, board reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, while also managing relationships with outsourced accounting partners and implementing automation in finance workflows. The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in finance-related roles and a strong ability to operate in a dynamic environment. This position reports directly to the CFO and is based in Redwood City, CA.
