Strategic Finance & Planning

This role leads the annual budgeting process and owns the multi-year operating model, connecting financial plans to the company's strategy and growth targets. The position serves as an embedded finance partner to service-line leaders, driving accountability to outcomes and translating strategy into financial targets. It also involves owning monthly and quarterly reporting, preparing Board meeting materials, and tracking key performance indicators to support executive decision-making.
