Strategic Human Resources Business Partner

This role serves as a strategic Human Resources Business Partner for multiple properties, acting as the primary HR resource for the Cluster General Manager and mentoring HR Directors and Managers within the cluster. The position focuses on developing and implementing goals to attract, develop, and retain diverse talent while supporting brand service strategies and initiatives. As a member of the Executive Committee, the role contributes to hotel-wide strategies that meet customer and associate expectations while delivering a return on investment to the owner and Marriott International.
