Strategic Initiative (SI) Program Manager

The Strategic Initiative Program Manager serves as the dedicated process owner and coordination point for Strategic Initiative ideas moving through IEEE's investment pathways and stage-gate process. This role facilitates idea classification, alignment between Strategy and Innovation, and progression through the pipeline while managing readiness and committee logistics. The position acts as a bridge between the strategy and innovation arms of the Office of Strategy, Innovation, and Engagement to ensure collaborative decision-making.
