Strategic Initiatives Lead

The Strategic Initiatives Lead at Traba is responsible for partnering with the COO to plan and execute projects that enhance the strategy and operations of the company. This role involves refining sales enablement initiatives, designing and building operational processes for new market launches, and collaborating with product teams to implement solutions that improve both customer and worker experiences. With a hands-on approach, the lead will initially engage directly with customers to gather insights, while also owning progress tracking and reporting to the executive team.
