The Strategic Learning, Knowledge and Evaluation Specialist leads the design, development, and implementation of UNCDF’s organizational learning and knowledge workstream, while coordinating the organization’s portfolio of evaluations. The role drives initiatives to capture, synthesize, and disseminate lessons learned and evaluation findings, fostering a culture of continuous organizational learning to strengthen the impact of UNCDF’s interventions. The specialist works closely with all UNCDF divisions to implement the learning and knowledge agenda and oversee the evaluation cycle.
