The Strategic Operations Lead at Tarro is responsible for managing and developing a team of 10-15 Client Operations Support specialists while aligning operational performance with strategic goals. This role requires leading team activities, driving performance improvements, and serving as a liaison between clients and product teams to resolve issues efficiently. Additionally, the Lead will identify and implement process enhancements to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery, all while working in a bilingual (Mandarin/English) environment during US night shifts.
