The Partners Wishlist Director at Wellhub is a strategic player-manager responsible for owning relationships with the UK’s largest fitness operators while leading the regional Wishlist team. The role combines direct management of 2–3 Tier 1 enterprise accounts with building and developing a high-performing team to drive growth, retention, and commercial optimisation. The director will also shape market strategy, align cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure sustainable long-term partner success.
