Strategic Partnerships Manager

The Strategic Partnerships Manager acts as a senior in-country lead for Fika Uganda, driving systems change and securing sustainable rural access investments through high-impact policy alignment and resource mobilization. Working closely with the Country Director, this role manages advocacy initiatives, fosters partnerships with governments and donors, and executes the country's communications strategy to prioritize rural infrastructure in national budgets. The position requires leading strategic engagement with diverse stakeholders to ensure long-term funding and scaling of rural access solutions for climate adaptation and economic equity.
