About this role

The Strategic Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing the integrated change agenda of Central Services, ensuring alignment between strategic initiatives, improvement programs, and operational changes. They provide data‑driven advice to the Leadership Team, lead Business Analysis and Data & Reporting teams, and help shape portfolio roadmaps and investment decisions. The role works closely with stakeholders across IT, Finance, Product, and Transformation functions to drive AI‑first, data‑driven transformation and measurable value creation.

Responsibilities

Lead Business Analysis and Data & Reporting teams
Develop and maintain portfolio roadmaps aligned with strategic initiatives
Provide data‑driven advice to the Leadership Team on priorities and investments
Monitor progress, impact, risks, dependencies, capacity and budget across initiatives
Drive AI‑first, data‑driven portfolio governance and value creation
