About this role

A Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Manager at Bright Machines will strengthen and scale procurement and supplier management capabilities to support engineering, manufacturing, and program delivery. The role partners with the Director of Supply Chain to build supplier programs, own supplier-facing systems, and balance strategic design with hands-on purchasing in a fast-moving startup environment. This position includes leadership of local procurement staff and significant autonomy to drive process and system improvements.
