About this role

Moog seeks a Strategic Sourcing Manager for the Commercial Aircraft group to lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, and strategic network design globally. This individual contributor role will develop long-term sourcing plans, manage supplier relationships, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize landed costs and supply continuity. Located in or near East Aurora, NY, the position supports the full aircraft lifecycle from design to in-service support.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for diverse product groupings
Research, identify, and select suppliers to optimize global supply chain network
Negotiate long-term supplier contracts and manage compliance and performance
Analyze demand and supply trends to drive continuous supply chain improvements
Lead supplier development programs to enhance capabilities and competitive advantage
