Strategic Sourcing Manager

This role is an opportunity to help build and shape Bio-Techne’s Strategic Sourcing function as part of a broader transformation toward a more strategic, consistent, and value-driven sourcing model. The position involves building trusted relationships across the business and with suppliers, influencing how sourcing works across the organization, and identifying opportunities that create measurable value while supporting business needs. Success in this role goes well beyond running sourcing events, requiring the ability to navigate complex decisions and turn strong partnerships into meaningful business results.
