About this role

Crusoe is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for GPU and CPU server deployments across its global data centers. The role acts as a critical link between deployment engineering, cloud operations, and global suppliers to ensure timely hardware acquisition. Success in this position requires deep hardware fluency, strong procurement execution skills, and the ability to coordinate complex supply chain activities with a global team.

Responsibilities

Execute BOM planning and hardware requisitions for global server deployments
Manage end-to-end purchase order lifecycle and invoice reconciliation in Coupa
Coordinate with global OEMs and ODMs to drive timely quote responses and shipments
Drive supplier onboarding and ensure compliance documentation for Compute suppliers
Maintain accurate hardware asset tracking in NetBox or similar DCIM tools
