Strategic Technology Vendor Management

This role manages strategic technology vendor management across the Technology organisation, overseeing vendor governance, commercial oversight, service performance, and value realisation. It partners with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen vendor delivery, monitor service outcomes, and ensure technology cost transparency through Total Cost of Ownership and Cost-to-Business frameworks. The position focuses on driving cost optimisation, investment decisions, and executive-level vendor engagements to support business and technology priorities.
