About this role

Faire is seeking an Experimentation Director to serve as the company's authority on experimentation, ensuring rigor and accuracy across all teams. This high-impact individual contributor role involves owning experimentation methodology, building the experimentation operating system, and partnering with Engineering, Data Science, and Product to design and analyze high-stakes experiments. The director will also act as an expert in causal inference and help set the roadmap for the analytics platform.

Responsibilities

Own experimentation methodology and principles to ensure accuracy across all teams
Build and maintain the experimentation operating system and review processes
Partner with Engineering and Data Science to design high-stakes experiments
Act as an expert in causal inference for non-experimental analyses
Review and analyze anomalous results to drive trusted conclusions
