Delta Solutions and Strategies is seeking a Strategy and Campaign Plans Subject Matter Expert to support US Space Command’s Combined Joint Task Force – Space Operations (CJTF-SO) J5 at Vandenberg Space Force Base. The role involves analyzing and integrating adversary-specific details into plans and targeting processes, including the development and maintenance of the Common Adversary Library (CAL). This position requires strategic-level problem-solving, coordination with internal and external agencies, and the ability to brief senior leadership.
