Strategy and Transactions Internship

The internship supports EY's Strategy and Transactions (SaT) team, working across sub‑service lines such as Lead Advisory, Transaction Strategy and Execution, Turnaround and Restructuring, Transaction Diligence, Valuation & Modeling, and Infrastructure Advisory. Interns will assist with financial modeling, market entry strategy, due diligence, and infrastructure project analysis while gaining exposure to corporate finance and advisory services.
