Strategy consultant

Verisure is seeking a Strategy consultant to join the Group HR team, reporting to the Deputy CHRO, to drive strategic and transversal people initiatives at the intersection of HR, business, data, and innovation. The role involves supporting the design and implementation of high-impact HR frameworks, performing quantitative and qualitative analyses, and coordinating cross-functional projects to shape how people processes evolve across the organization. This high-visibility position offers exposure to senior leadership and opportunities to work on cutting-edge topics like AI-enabled HR initiatives.
