Strategy Development & Planning

This role partners with MSEC Engineering leadership to translate company strategy into executable engineering priorities through annual and multi-year strategic planning processes. The position involves developing strategic narratives, business cases, and tradeoff analyses to inform leadership decisions while establishing clear ownership models and success metrics. As a trusted advisor, the individual will facilitate decision-making forums, create executive-ready materials, and represent Engineering strategy in cross-company forums.
