Director-level role leading market insight and competitive intelligence for In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD), focused on monitoring global and China market dynamics and technological trends. Responsible for shaping the company’s 3–5 year strategy and translating it into annual plans, budgets, and OKRs/KPIs.
