About this role

One Acre Fund seeks an Associate with 3+ years of strategy and operations experience to lead a portfolio of strategic projects that advance organizational priorities. The role partners closely with senior leadership and the CEO, coordinating across teams and countries to implement change, communicate strategy, and support operational initiatives. The Associate will report to the Office of the CEO Manager and may be embedded in program teams for temporary secondments. The position is based in program countries with first preferences for Kigali or Nairobi.
