The role partners closely with engineering, product, and design leaders, runs organization‑wide operating rhythms, and escalates strategic insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Deploy to highest‑priority R&D initiatives and build self‑sustaining operating structures
Build trusted relationships with engineering and product leads to influence decisions
Identify process and tooling friction and create playbooks to resolve them
Run organization‑wide operating rhythms including quarterly planning and reporting
Escalate issues to the S&O lead with context, perspective, and actionable plans
