This role leads the end-to-end management of integration workstreams from the merger of RBL into Emirates NBD, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder alignment, and the delivery of strategic integration milestones. The position is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks and dependencies, and driving the execution of transformation initiatives to realize synergies while maintaining business continuity. It involves overseeing operating model transitions, standardizing processes, and supporting executive decision-making across the merged entity.
