Stroke Navigator

The Stroke Navigator supports the Stroke Medical Director and Program Director in enhancing the quality and delivery of ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke care across the continuum. This role involves collaborating with program directors, data analysts, and staff to develop performance improvement initiatives and streamline care practices using LEAN methodology. The position focuses on managing resources to achieve efficient, high-quality outcomes for each patient while supporting interdisciplinary and cross-facility collaboration.
