Stroke Program Coordinator

The Stroke Program Coordinator leads the development, implementation, and evaluation of the hospital's Stroke Program to ensure high-quality, patient-focused care for stroke and neuro head trauma patients. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including medical directors and nursing leadership, to drive process improvement and performance initiatives. The coordinator is responsible for clinical program planning, quality assessment, and fostering effective inter/intra-disciplinary communication.
