About this role

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Structural Analyst Level 3 to develop and analyze finite element models for advanced defense systems, including submarines and aircraft carriers. The role involves performing static, vibration, modal, and nonlinear analyses using industry-standard software to ensure components meet stringent national fleet standards. Responsibilities

Develop component and system level finite element models
Perform linear and nonlinear static and transient analyses
Conduct fatigue, fracture mechanics, and buckling calculations
Process analysis results using Hypermesh and Hyperview
Ensure devices meet stringent national fleet standards
